Groundbreaking for the next phase of a $1 billion mixed-use, transit-oriented development along the Hudson River in Sleepy Hollow, N.Y., is set for this fall, with plans for a 100-unit, luxury condominium property called The Daymark at Edge-on-Hudson being unveiled by the master development team of Biddle Real Estate Ventures and PCD Development.

Loans in place as work begins at Sleepy Hollow residential site

Site work is underway with pilings being put in place for The Daymark at Edge-on-Hudson in Sleepy Hollow, a 100-unit five-story waterfront condominium building that also will have 9,000 square feet of retail space.
